- How many people work at CAT?
2, just two people do all the work. Everything from concept to
design, dealing with China and mailing your items.
- Why does it take longer to get my stuff?
Because we are just two guys who have regular day jobs, real life
often intercedes. But rest assured we will get it out to you as soon
as humanly possible. We ship twice a week (Wednesdays and
Saturdays)
- Why do you take pre-orders (and my money up front)?
The factory we use is extremely patient with us and our small
orders. They consider anything under 10,000 pieces small! So our
orders need to be pre-paid before we get started. This is how we
are able to make small runs of figures, but also why it takes longer
and we ask for the money up front. To sweeten the deal we
typically add "early bird" extras as an added incentive.
- Why is it so hard to get updates?
The answer is quite simply we are overwhelmed most of the time
with orders. We never expected to have this much interest in our
product. The good news is we are working constantly to make it
better (like this FAQ). Keep in mind we are small and it make take
a little more time, but we make sure it is worth the wait! You can
